Wilson Rondini – Managing Partner

Wil started his career in the world of finance in 1982 and for the first seventeen years was a stockbroker working on LaSalle Street in Chicago, one of America’s two financial nerve centers, for one of the largest International investment banks. He was a frequent speaker at new hire training programs and was instrumental in creating a National “Apprentice Broker” Trainee Program. After five years as a retail broker, Wil assumed the role of Sales Manager in the seventy-man Chicago office and was invited to be a regular keynote speaker at the National Meetings for the firm’s top producers. He remained a perennial top producer and in his final year at this International firm he was ranked seventh nationally out of fifteen thousand brokers and was ranked first in N.Y.S.E. listed business. After five-years in the National spotlight, Wil went to a large, regional, Chicago-based, brokerage firm where he remained the number one producer in the country for a five-year period, before founding Falcon Capital in 1998. Angus Rose – Partner 

Angus qualified as a chartered accountant at Deloittes and after stints in London and Paris joined Charterhouse Merchant Bank  in 1979 and was promoted to director in 1990. After Leaving Charterhouse in 2002 he became Finance Director at Herald Investment Trust and MacArthur and Co,  Senior partner  at VC Falcon Capital and finally joined  Alexander David as Finance Director in 2009.

John Howarth – Partner
John embarked on a career in finance in 1986, cutting his teeth within the direct sales force of Provident Mutual in Manchester, becoming their top producer in just his second month. He then became a founder director of a brokerage for 5 years, becoming a Fully Qualified IFA in 1991. After advising some 600 clients in his first 6 years, he decided to focus on the HNW market, specializing in tax efficient structures. This gave him a taste for Offshore Investment and in 1995 he decided to move to the gulf, in search of a new challenge. He moved to Bahrain in the role of Sales Manager for a large offshore brokerage. His first year saw him achieve the status of top producer for that company, working briefly in Saudi Arabia, Dubai and Cyprus along the way. 2001 saw a return to Europe and Amsterdam in particular, where John became a founding partner of a Pan European brokerage. It was there that he developed an appetite for Private Equity, teaming up with Falcon Capital in September 2004. John’s strength has been his ability to combine consistently high levels of production, with good technical knowledge of tax efficient offshore structures. In early 2009, John relocated to Asia where he continues to advise HNW expatriates across the region. When he is not advising clients or networking, John likes to spend time with his family and playing the occasional game of golf.

Marco Castaldo – Partner/ Italy Country Manager
Marco started his career as a financial manager of Technipetrol Spa, constructing petrochemical plants al over the world.

Marco’s responsibilities including negotiating contracts and structuring the international financing facilities that allowed clients to fund the purchase of the plants.

Marco was sent to London for a year to train in the International Banking Department of the prestigious Merchant Bank, Morgan Grenfell & Co, before they were acquired by Deutsche Bank.

Marco then joined Azimut Spa, one of the best-known wealth managers in Italy, as a Private Banker, before settling a Credit Suisse Italy.

It was during this period that he was a Co-Founders of a financial consulting firm that advised SME’s, while also serving as Chairman of Volturno Multiutility Spa

Executive Vice Presidents

Wil IV has been in and around Investment Bank Boardrooms since he was two years old.  He was exposed to Private Equity at the tender age of sixteen.  His father, the Founder and Managing Partner of Falcon Capital, introduced him to the industry by bringing him along to a series of meetings with some very high profile, iconic entrepreneurs, that remain household names to this day. To get more exposure to the world of high net worth individuals, and money movement, one Wil IV interned at a prominent  Offshore Corporate Service Provider in Monte Carlo. A firm Founded by the Scion of the Family that Founded on of the largest retailing chains in the UK. After attending Franklin University in Lugano and graduating from the University of Colorado Wil IV began trading full time. First trading with a proprietary trading firm and then transitioned to trading S&P futures independently.

Jessica achieved an upper second class honour degree in Biology from the University of Bath, which included a twelve month placement at Hargreaves Landsdown where she worked on the trading desk as a stockbroking assistant.

She subsequently joined JP Morgan Asset Management as a Client Portfolio Manager in the Multi-Asset Solutions team. Jessica was responsible for marketing a range of diversified multi-asset strategies including target income, alternative beta, balanced and fund of fund products to prospective new clients and across the existing client base. As a product specialist, she provided clients and prospects with ongoing updates about market views, investment strategy, positioning and performance. Her time included a five week training programme in New York.

Following her time at JP Morgan, Jessica joined The London Management Company as Business Development Manager responsible for growing the luxury property and lifestyle services.

Jessica is RDR qualified, having obtained CFA Level 1 and The Investment Management Certificate.

Tim Graveney – Executive Vice President

Tim has had a lengthy career in the instalment credit business since joining the leasing subsidiary of a small merchant bank Group in 1979. He continued to work through the ranks, assisting in the sale of Mullionwood Limited to a subsidiary of a fully quoted public company, Brengreen Holdings plc.

In 1986, he was the main architect and founder of Hermes Group (now trading as a division of Shawbrook Bank Limited) and successfully built this business into one of the largest independent finance houses in the UK prior to its sale to Singer & Friedlander in November 2001.

He continues to act as an independent finance broker for a number of institutions in the finance industry (Aldermore Bank, Close Brothers, Shawbrook Bank, Arkle Finance, Rothschilds) via his vehicle Oakley Credit Limited (holding a current CCL Licence and DPN) from inception in 2001 to present day. Oakley Credit is FCA approved.

Tim was actively involved in the planning and execution of the MBO of Software Radio Technology, a non core subsidiary of Securicor Plc, subsequently leading to the company’s floatation on the AIM market in November 2005; the business is still quoted to this day.

He was a founding shareholder and Director of Carbon Advice Group Plc. in January 2009 and continued to use his extensive contact base to broaden this business’s activities until this company was voluntarily closed due to changes in EU Legislation in 2013.

He is a Director of TWH Romsey Limited, the trading arm of the freehold hotel known as The White Horse in Romsey since May 2014 to present day.

Tim has an extensive family sporting background and through his unique network of contacts within the sporting and business worlds is ideally placed to assist Falcon Capital in the re-launch of the business.

He remains an active member of the Charity, The Lord’s Taverners since 1986, having served as a Trustee for the maximum 9 year period, having founded the youth arm The Taverners Colts (now Young Lords Taverners) away back in 1984. He is currently standing for Trustee e-election.

Tim is married to Emma, with two children, Holly 16 and Monty 13.

Hailing from Europe, and having worked extensively in Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Hong Kong, Rainer is a renowned senior professional, specialized in International Banking, Private Banking and Cross-Border Financing.  Rainer boasts over forty years of European, American, and Hong Kong banking experience. Having lived in Hong Kong since 1984, Rainer has a profound understanding of Asia’s finance cultures and its peoples’ various business, and investment, requests.

Sandra has more than 20 years of experience as a practising lawyer in Malaysia (East & West Malaysia) and has acted as stakeholder for legal transactions and operated the Solicitors Trust Accounts for the last 21 years.

Her experience spans from civil and commercial litigation, company liquidation, debt recovery, industrial relations, corporate & commercial transactions, conveyancing to banking and loan documentations & instruments and she has represented major banks in Malaysia on loans as their panel lawyer. She has also represented many multinationals and conglomerate companies in Malaysia in their multi millions debt recovery and developers and landowners in land transactions amounting to millions of ringgit.

For the last 10 years, she has been involved in real estate investments in Malaysia and also real estate investments, developments and alternative investments in Australia.

As a director of ASIA ACCESS GROUP, she has been involved in the area of development consultancy and property event management since 2009 and has co-founded a wealth academy under the brand of ASIA WEALTH ACADEMY, a network of investors under ASIA INVESTORS GROUP (AIG) and a reputable consultancy company specializing in onshore and offshore investments.

Sandra is also a director of MAXI CREST LIMITED, a Hong Kong registered company involved in developments with a turnover of more than AUD30million in a few short years.

Sandra has completed the English Bar with Honours (2nd Place, Michaelmas) and was called as an Utter Barrister in England in 1995, as an Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya in 1996 and as an Advocate in High Court of Sabah & Sarawak (Borneo) in 1997. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from University of London, UK in 1994.

Arbind K. Shrestha -Advisory Board

Arbind K Shrestha is Executive Director of Medford Resources Ltd, a Oil & Gas trading and brokerage firm based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.  He focuses on strategic partnerships, corporate business development, managing, structuring and executing brokerage and trading deals worldwide. He is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, strategic performance focused and visionary leader with 25 years of global leadership and has record of accomplished top management experience in leading and running successful businesses in four continents – North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, most recently with “Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts in the Middle East”. He has had a proven track record of managing businesses with combined assets of close to $1.0 billion. He brings extensive knowledge and high level privileged networks in international business and trading. He provides market access to Asian, Far Eastern, Middle Eastern and North American markets. He holds undergraduate degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, US and holds Master of Business Administration Degree from Henley Business School, Greenland’s, Henley-on-Thames, UK.

James Berry -Advisory Board

James Berry, Managing Partner of James Berry & Associates, graduated from Bristol University in 1973 and was called to the Bar on 30th January 1975. He obtained a Masters Degree in International Business Law from Exeter University in 1981. He had several years’ experience in Oil and Gas in the UK North Sea and Qatar before moving to Dubai where he established JBA in 1989, specializing in Corporate and Commercial law, specifically international trade and transportation, construction, energy, banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, including establishing commercial and industrial joint ventures and companies in the UAE and elsewhere in the Middle East, applying local laws and regulations to such arrangements

David Scott -Advisory Board

David Scott, has over 30 years of corporate broking and investment banking experience in advising small and medium-sized companies on both the Official List and AIM. He has extensive experience in private equity and advising unquoted companies. David began his career in the corporate finance department of L Messel & Co and has since been a director of corporate broking at ING Barings, a director of Resolution Partners Limited, and Lewis Charles. David is the majority shareholder of Alexander David and heads the corporate department.  David has responsibility for the business development of the Company and for the day-to-day management of the Group.

Andre Peschong – Advisory Board

As an investment banking professional, with more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Peschong provides key perspectives and insights to his clients regarding the capital structuring and placement process. Having experience as an investment manager for 3 different funds as well as being an entrepreneur and investment banking professional, means that Mr. Peschong has experienced all sides and perspectives of a financing transaction. This gives him unique insight into what risks are being looked at by institutional capital and allows him to properly guide companies through the process of raising capital from diligence to packaging to structuring.
As a founding partner of this boutique merchant/investment banking firm, Bridgewater Capital, Mr. Peschong has honed his skills in the financial markets. Highlights of his career include:
