Wil started his career in the world of finance in 1982 and for the first seventeen years was a stockbroker working on LaSalle Street in Chicago, one of America’s two financial nerve centers, for one of the largest International investment banks.
He was a frequent speaker at new hire training programs and was instrumental in creating a National “Apprentice Broker” Trainee Program. After five years as a retail broker, Wil assumed the role of Sales Manager in the seventy-man Chicago office and was invited to be a regular keynote speaker at the National Meetings for the firm’s top producers. He remained a perennial top producer and in his final year at this International firm he was ranked one of top five producers nationally out of fifteen thousand brokers and was ranked first in N.Y.S.E. listed business. After five-years in the National spotlight, Wil went to a large, regional, Chicago-based, brokerage firm where he remained the number one producer in the country for a five-year period, before founding Falcon Group in 1998. His greatest achievements remain the co-creation of Wilson IV in 1986, Vanessa in 1987, and the newest addition to the portfolio, Christian in 2010.
Marco started his career as a financial manager of Technipetrol Spa, constructing petrochemical plants all over the world.
Marco’s responsibilities including negotiating contracts and structuring the international financing facilities that allowed clients to fund the purchase of the plants.
Marco was sent to London for a year to train in the International Banking Department of the prestigious Merchant Bank, Morgan Grenfell & Co, before they were acquired by Deutsche Bank.
Marco then joined Azimut Spa, one of the best-known wealth managers in Italy, as a Private Banker, before settling a Credit Suisse Italy.
It was during this period that he was a Co-Founders of a financial consulting firm that advised SME’s, while also serving as Chairman of Volturno Multiutility Spa.

Ian Fletcher
Ian has enjoyed an extensive and accomplished legal career qualified in Scotland and England. He was a partner of two of the top City of London law firms for more than two decades with serious experience in M & A, general financing work, restructuring and corporate insolvency work. During his career, Ian has held a number of NED roles as well as company secretary roles. In addition, he has held senior roles (including chairman roles) in a variety of professional organisations, including Government Working Parties with an understanding of the importance of the public interest and corporate governance.

Lip Koon Hwang
In 1997, Lip Koon joined Hwang-DBS Securities Berhad and for the past 19 years, he had held various positions including Head of Branch/ Head of Operations, Vice President of Finance Department and Senior Vice President of Treasury & Markets Department.
Mr. Hwang was the Client Coverage, Director of AffinHwang Investment Bank Berhad before joining HDM Capital Sdn Bhd, the principal subsidiary of Hwang Capital (Malaysia) Berhad in July 2016 as Non-Independent Non-executive Director.

Yean Cheong Yeoh
YC graduated from University of Science Malaysia, with a Master's degree in Information Technology and a degree in Applied Physics. He started his career as a Software Engineer in Hitachi Semiconductor.
YC moved on to join the startup, Syabas Technology, as a Senior Software Engineer and quickly became the General Manager. During his 17 years tenure, he was responsible for the development of consumer electronics products and was in charge of the operations in Penang, Malaysia.

Raymond CK Tay
Raymond graduated from University Science Malaysia, with a degree in Business Management. Raymond boasts twenty years of experience in commercial banking with Development and Commercial Bank Bhd., and Phileo Allied Bank (M) Bhd where he was an Operations Manager.
Raymond then spent 15 years as Vice-President of Phileo Allied Unit Trust Co./Libra Invest Bhd. and was involved in creating mutual fund portfolios and tailored accounts for high net worth individuals and corporates.

Peter Chung
Peter Chung, a civil engineer graduate from National University of Singapore started his career with the Construction arm of french conglomerate Societe Générale Enterprise, where he was involved in the first subway line project in Singapore. He left Singapore and return to Penang to pursue his family construction business interest.
Over the years, his business experiences are varied and include niche Construction and Interior Design work, Property Development, software development, and event management, as business owners, joint venture partnership, or as shareholder.

Arbind has 25 years of global leadership and a record of accomplished top management experience in running successful businesses on four continents, most recently with “Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts in the Middle East.” He has had a proven track record of managing businesses with combined assets of close to $1.0 billion. He brings extensive knowledge and high level privileged networks in international business and trading. He provides market access to Asian, Far Eastern, Middle Eastern and North American markets. He holds undergraduate degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, US and holds Master of Business Administration Degree from Henley Business School, Greenland’s, Henley-on-Thames, UK.

Gordon Gan
Gordon has been involved in the banking/investment banking industry since 1975. He has worked for four large banks starting with the HSBC group.
During his career, which spanned five decades, Gordon was an executive trainer, branch manager, area risk and operations manager, and Chief Credit Officer.
For the last two decades of his career Gordon was at HwangDBS Investment Bank (before it was bought over by Affin Holdings and renamed to Affin Hwang Investment Bank Bhd) – at which point he became the Chief Risk Officer at the investment bank.
Gan is proud to wear two hats: as an investment banker he strives hard to understand and mitigate risk factors and focus on what makes a market beating investment. As a man is a disciple of continuous learning where he takes pride in teaching others to understand the complex concepts of risks and investments.
